BASICS/FUNdamentals
This class is perfect for folks who have completed the Two Initial sessions and are transitioning into classes, but want/need a bit more foundation prior to joining a Reformer INTERMEDIATE class. The Reformer Basics/FUNdamental class is taught at a slower pace and has more of a workshop feel, where participants may ask questions and exercises are broken down into more detail.
Reformer FLOW
Flow classes offer softer transitions between exercises, wrist friendly modifications, balance work, and simplified movement patterns. They are great for anyone from Pilates Newbies to Active Agers!
Reformer INTERMEDIATE
Completion of our Two Initial courses or Pilates experience from another studio is required for participation in these classes. A basic understanding of Pilates principles such as “neutral pelvis”, breathing techniques, and proper abdominal activation is expected.
Reformer LEVEL 2
A strong Pilates foundation with former Pilates experience is a must for these classes. The pace is consistent, with fewer modifications offered. As well, advanced exercises are introduced at this level.

Two Initials
These are two semi-private sessions that begin with a postural/movement assessment and discussion on any physical areas of interest/concern. We then guide the individual through Pilates principles and fundamental movements as well as introducing the client to the apparatus. The Initial sessions provide a wonderful opportunity for the client to be introduced to the Pilates practice, to ask questions, and to discuss goals for their own Pilates practice. Upon completion of these two sessions, the instructor will suggest a recommended path, in combination with the client’s goals, for moving forward either by continuing with private/semi-private sessions or by joining classes.
Reformer Semi-Privates
For two or more clients who want to reserve a specific time slot that is available only to your specific group. Groups are established by the clients.
Reformer Privates
For clients who have physical limitation that will need specific attention and guidance through customized modifications.
