New To Pilates:
If you are TOTALLY NEW to Pilates, please contact us at 216-221-9998, so that we may find out more about you and your personal Pilates goals. We typically meet with each new client for at least 1 private session or for the 3 initial sessions. This helps us to familiarize ourselves with any needed modifications for your body. From here, we’ll together decide the best path for moving forward, through joining group classes or through continuing with privates.
Have Been Practicing Pilates:
If you have PILATES EXPERIENCE, please contact us at 216-221-9998, so that we may help you get signed into your first class.
Payment/Registration for Classes:
Your first purchase and class registration needs to be set up by us. Once you are an active client at our studio, you’ll have the ability to schedule and purchase classes online. Please visit the “Services Offered” tab for a list of class types and a link to our class schedule. We ask all new clients to download and complete New Client Release Form prior to arriving to your scheduled appointment or class.
Bare feet are best, but socks may be worn.
Women – yoga pants/leggings and a fitted top (t-shirt or athletic top. The more fitted the top, the better for seeing body alignment).
Men – sweat pants or shorts with compression shorts underneath and t-shirt.
Mats/Water/Hands on Assistance:
We provide mats at our studio, but you are always welcome to bring a mat with you.
Fresh spring water is available, but again, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
We provide hands on assistance and alignment guidance. If you are uncomfortable with this, please feel free to let us know that you prefer to “fly solo”.
