Reformer BASICS Classes
Whether you’ve just completed the initial courses or you want to clean up your form, the basic class is a perfect solution. Here, clients will experience a slower pace, simple exercises, and the opportunity to ask questions. A perfect way to start developing or fine-tuning your Pilates practice.
Reformer ALL LEVELS Classes
All Levels classes are just that…working with each individual’s skill set. While the exercises might be a bit more challenging than in the Basics classes, modifications to simplify or to intensify exercises are offered.
Reformer LEVEL 2 Classes
Working on the main instrument of Pilates, the reformer, these classes are designed to create a body that originates its movement from the core. The perfect way to streamline your body! Former Pilates experience is required.
These are three private sessions that begin with a postural/movement assessment and discussion on any physical areas of interest/concern. We then guide the individual through Pilates principles and fundamental movements as well as introducing the client to the apparatus. The Initial sessions provide a wonderful opportunity for the client to be introduced to the Pilates practice, to ask questions, and to discuss goals for their own Pilates practice. Upon completion of these three sessions, the instructor will suggest a recommended path, in combination with the client’s goals, for moving forward either by continuing with private sessions or by joining classes.
For two or more clients who want to reserve a specific time slot that is available only to your specific group. Groups are established by the clients.
For clients who prefer one on one instruction, or that have physical limitations that need specific, individual modification and guidance.
